- Any fish of your choice, prepared for grilling
(*Jumbo shrimp and Maine lobster tails are good choices!)
- 2 sticks real butter (no substitute)
- Any Red Creek Marinade
- Fresh lemons (no substitute)
Make a basting sauce by melting butter and adding marinade to cook's taste. It won't take too much!!! Using a soft brush, lightly baste fish with melted butter & marinade as grilling or broiling. Keep butter/marinade basting sauce warm and baste often. When fish is nearly done, squeeze lemon juice over all, baste one more time, finish it up, then ENJOY!!!
