Sausage-Cheese Balls

  • 1 pound of your favorite breakfast sausage
  • 1 pound of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 pound of Bisquick
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of any variety Red Creek Marinade
Warm raw breakfast sausage in microwave until "slick" and easy to handle. Sprinkle with marinade and mix together well. Work in grated cheddar cheese and Bisquick. Form into golfball size balls and bake in moderate oven on cookie sheets until golden brown and fully done.

These make great appetizers hot or at room temp, but are delicious served right out of the oven for breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns and fresh fruit!
