  • Several racks of lean pork ribs
  • 1/3rd bottle per rack of:
    Red Creek All-Purpose Marinade or
    Red Creek Jerky Marinade or
Red Creek Bold & Spicy All Purpose Marinade (for "spicier" ribs)
  • Your favorite barbeque sauce
  • Add honey (to taste) to barbeque sauce
Rinse ribs and place bone-side down on barbeque grill over a bed of hot Kingsford charcoal. When fat begins to drip, turn ribs meat- side down. Shake well and pour a whole 12 oz. bottle of chosen Red Creek Marinade into a container large enough to accommodate a large, long-handled, natural bristle basting brush. As ribs begin to cook, start basting with Red Creek. Replenish marinade container as necessary. Continue to turn ribs and baste often until both sides of racks are browned. Remove ribs to cooler side of grill and continue basting and turning until ribs are tender and completely done. Return ribs to hotter side of grill and baste with your favorite barbeque sauce to which you've added honey. After saucing the ribs, you must be very careful not to allow burning.
