SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE
Trim all fat from meat and slice into strips 1/4" thick. Using approximately 2 Tbsp. marinade PER POUND OF MEAT, marinate chicken or turkey 30 minutes: beef, venison or elk 1 hr. or longer, stirring occasionally to insure all meat is exposed to marinade. Marinating game several hours will help remove gamey taste. Remove strips from marinade and sprinkle with additional black pepper if desired. Dry in 165° oven with door slightly ajar or in dehydrator according to manufacturer's instructions.
Delicious also when used as marinade for steaks, briskets and fajitas.
