Use 1 to 2 Tbsp. marinade PER POUND OF MEAT to marinate: STEAKS: 5-10 minutes. BRISKETS: 1-2 hours. PRIME RIB & BEEF ROASTS: Baste as roasting. STEAK STRIPS FOR FAJITAS: 10-30 minutes. HAMBURGERS: Baste as grilling. PORK SPARERIBS, TENDERLOINS & CHOPS: 5 minutes or baste as grilling. CHICKEN FAJITAS/SKINLESS CHICKEN: 5 minutes. CHICKEN PIECES: 15 minutes. TURKEY BREASTS/DRUMS: 20 minutes. VENISON, ELK & OTHER STRONG GAME MEATS: 1 hour or longer. QUAIL: 10 minutes. PHEASANT, DOVE & WILD DUCK: 30 minutes.
